Process Engineer (CNC Programming)

India Nippon Electricals is seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Engineer will also be involved in project planning, execution, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

1) Understanding of Customer and Process drawings in 2D / 3D .
2) Knowledge in New CNC Part Programing and setting changeover.
3) Knowlegde in PFMEA , PFD ,and SOP - Preparation and review as per requirements.
4) New products/Process trials & establishment.
5) New Product/Process Validation.
6) New machine design approvals and Supplier followups.
7) New machine trials at supplier end and machine establishment in Line .
8) PPAP Documentation and line readiness for customer audit.
9) Knowledge in Layout and Cycle time study .
10) System Knowledge in IATF-16949.
