President - Corporate Finance & Strategy

The role we are looking for is that of President - Corporate Finance & Strategy, who will create and manage large domestic and international funding for our multifaceted business enterprises at group level.

The responsibility will inter alia include the following:

• Raise capital, both domestic and international.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to raise funds through private equity and international banks.
• Manage the funds raised to create sustainable financial health for the businesses.
• Ensure mergers & acquisitions and build a strategy for divestment and investment.
• Work closely and coordinate with a strong network of lawyers, investment bankers, and financial advisors to enhance business productivity.
• Improve credit ratings and induct international ratings in some of our businesses.

Experience: A C.A./M.BA (Finance) or equivalent with 25+ years of relevant experience.

Background:

Incumbent must have practical experience and may have worked as a Group CFO, Financial Advisor Corporate Finance, or as an equivalent senior profile either for family offices or large conglomerates, a reputed financial consulting firm, large private equity and investment banks. S/he could also be an imminently retiring or recently retired professional.
