Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Lucknow. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. They will interact with clients to understand their financial needs, provide appropriate loan products, and oversee the loan application process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, creating and implementing strategies to expand the customer base, and collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Relationship management and customer service skills
• Experience in sales, achieving targets, and expanding customer base
• Ability to understand customer financial needs and provide appropriate loan products
• Knowledge of the loan application and approval process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Lucknow
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
