Role Description

The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the branch team, driving business growth, meeting financial and operational goals, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves resolving customer queries, collaborating with internal departments, and generating reports on branch performance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

  Customer relationship management, issue resolution, and client retention abilities
• Operational management skills, including process optimization and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in financial planning and reporting
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
• Prior banking, financial services, or real estate experience is advantageous
• Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic environment
