Role & responsibilities

Candidate should be Life Insurance & Insurance background.

• You will create highquality visual assets such as social media creatives, campaign materials, infographics, presentations, digital banners, emailers, brochures, product communication and .
• You will develop brandaligned designs tailored for the insurance sector, ensuring consistency across customer, partner and employee touch points.
• You will proficiently use design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; knowledge of CorelDRAW and AI Tools are an added advantage.
  
• You will create short, animated videos, motion graphics and GIFs using After Effects or similar tools.
• You will visualize concepts based on briefs and convert them into impactful designs suited for marketing, digital and ATL/BTL communication within the department specified deadlines.
• You will ensure adherence to brand guidelines and compliance norms relevant to regulated industries like Insurance.
• You will collaborate with Marketing, Products, Digital, HR and other teams for design requirements.
• You will create and manage templates, versions and repositories of creatives.

• Deliver highquality, brandconsistent creatives within defined timelines for business, marketing, internal communication and product teams.
• Enhance visual appeal and effectiveness of customer and distributor communication through strong design execution.
• Maintain a structured library of design templates and digital assets for seamless access across teams.
• Improve overall brand recall through visually appealing and compliant creative communication.
• Support digital and social media campaigns with timely design requirements and platformoptimized outputs.
• Proficiency with photography & photo editing software for creative usage.
