Associate - Non Litigation - Real Estate - LLB

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to handle a wide range of real estate matters, including documentation, due diligence, and legal research. The role involves working closely on transactions and redevelopment projects while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including:

1. Agreements for Sale

2. Conveyance Deeds

3. Development and Redevelopment Agreements

4. Commercial Lease and Leave & License Agreements
- Conduct title due diligence and prepare title search reports
- Undertake legal research on property laws, RERA, and related regulations
- Assist in structuring and execution of redevelopment projects
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders as required
Skills & Requirements:

- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations, including RERA
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Prior experience in real estate law (preferred but not mandatory, depending on role level)
