Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and campus drives
• Screening resumes and conducting preliminary screening calls to assess candidate capability, role fitment, and cultural alignment
• Coordinating end-to-end interview processes, including interview scheduling, panel coordination, and participant communication
• Maintaining recruitment data, tracking hiring pipelines, and preparing accurate recruitment MIS reports and dashboards
• Managing candidate communication, feedback flow, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Supporting offer processing, pre-onboarding engagement, and background verification (BGV) documentation to ensure timely joining

• Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Data management, candidate pipeline tracking, and MIS reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple job openings and aggressive hiring timelines efficiently
• Basic understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations and sourcing methodologies
• High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
