We are looking for the potential PhD (2-3) [Institute funded] and Postdoc (1-2) candidates [externally funded via DST-NPDF or DST-WISE-PDF] who are interested in the working of micro/nanofabrication and electrical and optical characterizations of the advanced memory devices (i.e., Memristor/RRAM), memtransistor for energy-efficient neuromorphic computing hardware, memristor-based digital logic realization, retinomorphic hardware applications, flexible energy devices and their integration with wearable electronic.

Responsibilities: Device fabrication and their optoelectronic characterizations, data analysis and interpretation, manuscript draft preparation etc. Prior hand on experience in the device fabrication and characterization is plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications: B.Tech [EC/EE/EI/MSME] with valid Gate score or M.Tech [EC/VLSI/Nanotechnology/Material Science/Nanoelectronics/or other aligned branches] with Gate qualification in last five years [as per the IIT Patna admission criteria for PhD admission].
