Job Description
- You will be leading a team of Oracle Fusion technical developers and integration specialists. Your responsibilities will include managing resource allocation, task prioritization, and technical delivery timelines. As the team lead, you will own the architecture and design of Oracle Fusion customizations, extensions (using PaaS), and integrations (OIC, SOA, REST/SOAP). You will also be responsible for managing Oracle Cloud, ATP database, resource allocation, scalability, development in Oracle APEX solution, and data migration strategies.
Ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of all technical solutions will be a key part of your role. You will provide guidance on Fusion data models, security framework, and reporting tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI. Collaboration with functional teams, business analysts, core business users, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions is essential.
Your involvement will be required in planning, estimation, and delivery of Oracle Fusion modules and custom solutions. Reporting technical project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders will be part of your regular activities. Additionally, you will oversee the development of APIs, web services, and connectors using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.
In case of technical issues, you will troubleshoot and resolve them in a timely manner. Managing technical incidents and collaborating with Oracle Support for SR resolution will also be your responsibility. Ensuring system uptime, performance tuning, and maintainability are crucial aspects of this role.

You will need to ensure adherence to change control, security policies, and audit requirements both internally and externally. Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and custom development, will be part of your routine tasks. You will also be responsible for managing Oracle Fusion Quarterly patch upgradation, which involves understanding the Quarterly Update Schedule, reviewing the Patch Contents, identifying the business impact, planning and communication, testing in the Stage/Test Environment, fixes and adjustments, production deployment, post-upgrade validation, and documentation & KT.,
