Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Corporate Relations (UG Programs) to drive corporate partnerships, internships, and placement activities for Undergraduate programs, including BBA, BCA, and B.Sc. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in campus placements, corporate relations, educational sales, or admissions within the higher education sector. Experience with UG programs is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations to generate placement and internship opportunities for UG students.
• Coordinate and manage campus recruitment drives, placement activities, and employer engagement initiatives.
  
• Identify and onboard new recruiters to expand the institutions corporate network.
• Organize career fairs, industry interaction sessions, guest lectures, and placement-related events.
• Work closely with academic departments to align students skills with industry expectations.
• Facilitate internships, live projects, and industry collaborations for undergraduate students.
• Conduct regular employer outreach through meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
• Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, aptitude training, and career readiness.
• Maintain placement records, MIS reports, recruiter databases, and placement statistics.
• Ensure timely execution of placement processes and achieve placement targets.
• Represent the institution in corporate meetings and build long-term industry partnerships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, Educational Sales, or Admissions within the higher education sector.
• Mandatory experience in handling BBA, BCA, and B.Sc. programs through placements, corporate relations, admissions, or educational sales.
• Existing corporate network and recruiter relationships will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with universities, colleges, or educational institutions.
• Proven ability to achieve placement or business development targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for corporate meetings, placement drives, and business development activities as per organizational requirements.
