AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented AI/ML Lead with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to lead and execute AI/ML projects. The
• ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the
• ability to work closely with business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and

propose AI-driven solutions.

• Build and deploy machine learning models for classification, prediction, NLP, or

computer vision use cases.

• Work on data preparation, feature engineering, model training, testing, and validation.
• Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines and integrate models into production

environments.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies, tools, and trends.
• Ensure AI models follow best practices in terms of fairness, transparency, and

governance.

• Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to stakeholders.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial

Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, preprocessing, and model optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle management, versioning, and model monitoring.
• Ability to work independently on tasks while collaborating within a team.

• Exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, Chatbots, Image generation models).
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices for AI integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs and RAG pipelines.

• Experience working with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face

Transformers).

• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS or Others ) for

semantic or hybrid search use cases.

• Exposure to FastAPI or Django for building and deploying AI-powered APIs and

microservices.

• Experience with Agentic AI workflows, including orchestration of LLM agents for

multi-step reasoning or decision-making tasks.
