Job Description
- You should have 8-10+ years of experience in MySQL, SQL, and ORACLE. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing databases and data modeling, creating indexes, views, complex triggers, stored procedures, functions, and store procedures for efficient data manipulation and consistency. You will be designing databases, writing sequences, jobs, complex queries in SQL, MySQL, and ORACLE. It is essential to have a strong understanding of Keys, Constraints, Indexes, Joins, CTEs, Partitioning, Row Number() and Windows function, Temporary Tables, UDTs, Types of Union, Materialized views, etc.
Your role will involve troubleshooting, optimizing, and tuning SQL processes and complex queries, writing unit test cases, and understanding database transactions and states. You will also design, implement, and monitor queries and stored procedures for performance, debug programs, and integrate applications with third-party web services. Identifying opportunities for improved performance in SQL operations and implementations is crucial.
You should have knowledge of database Backup, Restore & Maintenance, as well as working in development, testing, UAT, and production environments and their databases. Experience in SSRS and SSIS is required, and experience in SSAS will be a plus. Good communication skills are essential for this role.
