Job SummaryWere seeking an innovative, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives and work within a talented team including designers, copywriters, and sales professionals. This dynamic role bridges sales and marketing, requiring someone who can develop compelling campaigns while building and nurturing client relationships.
Youll be responsible for the full sales and marketing funnel across theIndiVillage Tech Solutions and will also support IndiVillage Foundation, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to optimize performance, generate quality leads, and close deals with global clients. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with emotional intelligence, understanding that in B2B relationships, both data-driven strategies and authentic human connections drive success.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign Development- Create and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate quality leads.
- Implement innovative AI-powered marketing automation and personalization strategies.
- Design data-driven A/B testing frameworks across all channels to optimize performance.
- Develop thought leadership content that positions IndiVillage as an industry innovator.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution working with full-time staff, pre-sales teams, and freelancers.
- KPIs include marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads.
- Lead Indicators include; campaign responsiveness metrics (Open Rate, CTRs)
- Social Media metrics: Volume, engagement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base, in line with a senior leadership team.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations, build target lists and manage lead generation.
- Leverage AI tools for sales intelligence, lead scoring, and opportunity identification.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Please note, you will be one part of a team, not 100% responsible for this.
- KPIs include pipeline value, time per lead stage, conversion rate, lifetime value.
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools to enhance marketing efficiency and sales effectiveness.
- Develop data-driven strategies using predictive analytics and machine learning.
- Create personalized customer journeys using advanced segmentation techniques.
- Experiment with emerging technologies to differentiate IndiVillage in the marketplace.
- Build scalable, technology-enabled processes that support our rapid growth trajectory.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team spanning sales and marketing functions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure aligned objectives and execution.
- Drive collaboration between sales and marketing to create a seamless customer experience.
- Implement effective performance measurement systems to track team progress and growth.
- Great to have (but not 100% necessary) 5-8 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, with at least 1 year in an international context.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and running successful marketing campaigns - or enough reason for us to give you a try.
- Demonstrated ability in leveraging AI tools for sales and marketing optimization.
