Position : Finance Head
Job Location : Delhi
- We are Hiring a Finance Head, for a Chemical business company with its HO at Delhi.
- The company is a manufacturer of high quality chemicals, having 3 plants in India.
- The Finance Head, will work closely with the Managing Director as well as external stakeholders such as investors, auditors, and financial institutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the company's financial performance and achieving its long-term strategic objectives.
Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum of 18-23 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements to stakeholders.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and improve financial performance.
- Manage the company's treasury functions, including cash management, fund management, and investment strategies, to maximize returns and minimize financial risks.
- Drive fund raising initiatives, including securing debt financing, equity investments, and other sources of capital, to support the company's growth plans.
- Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation to ensure successful transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to support the company's financial needs.
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the finance and accounts team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements, mitigating financial risks and protecting the company's assets.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee financial planning activities, including long-term financial projections, scenario analysis, and capital budgeting.
Required Skill set:
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Strong understanding of treasury management, including cash management, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proven track record in fund raising, including securing debt financing and equity investments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
