- Role Overview:
You will be joining Indus Group Inc as a US IT Staffing Client Relationship Manager (BDM/BDE) or US IT Bench Sales Recruiter/Talent Acquisition (OPT), based in Hyderabad. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and managing business relationships, analyzing client requirements, handling IT management and services, and aligning client needs with suitable candidates. Your role will require you to maintain strong client relationships, understand their staffing needs, and ensure timely and accurate placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business relationships with clients
- Analyze client requirements and match them with prospective candidates
- Maintain strong client relationships and understand their staffing needs
- Ensure timely and accurate placements of candidates
- Handle IT management and services effectively
Qualifications:
- Skills in Business Relationship Management
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Familiarity with Information Technology and IT Management
