The ideal candidate for this role should have 4 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment.

• 4 to 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT positions
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools
• Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
• Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
