Logistics Assistant Manager Export & Import

This is an on-site contract role based in Sharjah for a Logistics Assistant Manager (Export & Import). The role involves day-to-day management of import-export activities, overseeing customs documentation, managing shipping logistics, coordinating with forwarders and suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The candidate will also handle inventory control, liaise with internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.

• Comprehensive knowledge of export and import regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation requirements
• Proven skills in supply chain and logistics management, including inventory control and coordinating with vendors and freight forwarders
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

  Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in using logistics software and familiar with ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the HVAC & Refrigeration industry or with manufacturing companies is an advantage
• Knowledge of local and international trade compliance is desirable
