Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites in the assigned area to meet company's objective of delivering highest uptime along with cost and energy efficiencies.
- Key responsibilities include Site Uptime management, ESH compliance, Customer Management, Site Quality & Process Compliance, Energy Management & Team Management.
- Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering is a must. Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery backup system, HVAC, antenna & basics of GSM/CDMA technology will be an added advantage.

- Qualification : B.E/B.Tech (EEE/ECE/Mech) 2025 passed out students without any backlogs
- Minimum 60% marks in Xth, XIIth & Graduation is mandatory
- Since it is a Field role, own 2-wheeler & a valid Driving License is a mandatory for applicants
