Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales team. As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our insurance products across all business sectors. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively while achieving the company's sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets
• Identify potential new clients and business opportunities through various sources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Create and present insurance proposals and solutions to clients
  
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our insurance products are competitive in the market
• Train and coach the insurance sales team to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports and making recommendations for improvement
• Conduct regular market research to keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Confidence in presenting to clients, executives, and a wide range of audiences
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
