Position: Project Manager - Digital & Strategic Campaigns
Location: Remote (Travel during client meetings, if required)

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 4 to 6 years of prior managerial experience to oversee and drive end-to-end execution of strategic and digital initiatives.
This role is focuses on project planning, coordination, management, cross-functional collaboration, timeline adherence, and delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across digital, marketing, AI, and platform initiatives.
• 
  Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, tech, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct regular review meetings and provide progress updates to leadership.
• Ensure quality control and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage vendor coordination and external stakeholders where applicable.
• Monitor KPIs and overall project performance metrics.
• Support leadership in strategic planning and execution of new initiatives, including AI-driven projects.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of proven experience in a managerial or project management role.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Skill Set

• Experience in Pharma, Digital Platforms, or B2B environments.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing workflows (coordination-level knowledge, not execution).
• Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, etc.).
• Data-oriented mindset with structured reporting capabilities.
