Infiheal is a mental health service provider committed to delivering accessible, affordable, and high-quality mental health services worldwide. Our flagship product, Healo, is the Worlds Most Advanced AI coach for mental health, leveraging conversational AI and personality models to assess risk profiles, personality traits, and provide personalized recommendations. We aim to address the challenges of high costs, limited therapist availability, long waiting times, and outdated treatments. Our holistic approach incorporates the latest research and therapeutic modalities, complemented by digital services, support groups, and peer interactions. We foster a community-driven approach that promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing among therapists and mental health professionals to continually improve therapy outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
Salary: 30k-50k per month (Mon-Sat)
Location: Hybrid (willing to relocate to Mumbai)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead generation and outreach:
- Identify and target potential clients, including startups, corporates, and government agencies
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential opportunities, and target segments
Sales strategy and execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy for chatbot services and therapy services
- Engage with decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers to demonstrate the value of Infiheals offerings
- Craft compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to each prospects needs
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with Infiheals pricing and revenue targets
Relationship management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services
Sales performance and reporting:
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management
Team leadership and mentorship:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B sales team
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development
- Establish a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes excellence and accountability

Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record of managing successful campaigns with tangible results (e.g., doubling sales, scaling brand visibility, or expanding market share). Not more than 3years of experience.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Understanding of the mental health market and its nuances.
- Ability to juggle multiple marketing verticals: B2B, B2C, and B2G.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to think out-of-the-box and design campaigns that resonate with modern audiences.
Digital Savvy: Familiarity with social media, performance marketing, and emerging marketing trends.
