Role Essentials

Position: AV Service Manager
Location:Noida/Gurgaon

Experience: 8+ years in AV service

• Lead a national team of 1020 AV service engineers and coordinators.
• Ensure SLA compliance, AMC renewals, and client satisfaction across MNC sites.
• Manage inventory, spares planning, and RMA coordination with OEMs (Crestron, Cisco, Poly, LG, Samsung).
• Conduct site surveys, prepare BOQs, and support break-fix or software upgrade activities.
• Collaborate with management to drive service performance and customer retention.
  

Must-Have Skills

• In-depth expertise in AV systems and VC solutions (Crestron, Cisco, Poly, LG, Samsung).
• AVIXA or OEM certifications preferred.
