Senior Project Manager - Passive Cabling

Role & responsibilities :

1. Will be required to leadateamofexperiencedPMs/APMs/Senior Engineers/Tech in Pune region

2. Manage/Supervise/Monitor 5-10 projects at a given time in Maharashtra region with support from Help-desks/Service Coordinators

3. Projects will include DataCenters/LargeCampuses - Green field/ Brown Fields

4. Ensure daily/weeklyprogressupdates/MIS

5. Monitor and manage OEM/Consultants' site audits and customer UAT processes

6. Will be physically meeting globalcustomers/consultants/PMCs at sites across India and forge relationships on a long term basis

7. 10-12daystravelmonthly on an average across India and more depending on the customer exigencies/deadlines

8. Will be required to buildlastingrelationshipswithKeyOEMs tech leadership teams in India and overseas

10. Will have very sound knowledge of planning ahead, crisis management, Plan B and anticipate needs proactively before those become critical

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Education: Full-time Engineering in Civil /Electrical/Industrial/MBA

2. Experience: Must have worked as a project manager/Sr PM in a reputed IT Infra/PMC/MEP company, leading a team of PMs/Tech in excess of 50+ professionals in multi-location deployment for at least 10-15 years

3. Certification: Industry certifications/BICSI/AVIXA/PMI preferred

4. Software: Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Project/Primavera desired along with sound Excel skills

5. TeamManagement: Proven track record of leading large tech teams and handling global MNC customer projects with 3-month - 12-month project life cycle
