Were looking for a senior product leader to own the student onboarding and engagement charter end-to-end — setting the roadmap, the experimentation bar, and the AI-first product vision, while mentoring a team of PMs.

What Youll Work On

1. Defining a robust and scalable onboarding flow for all students / learners.
2. Building core self-learning modules that build discipline and habit-forming behavior among students, via gamification and other methods.
3. AI-led thinking — building with an AI-first product mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and continuously evolve a robust, scalable onboarding flow across the entire student base, reducing drop-off and time-to-first-value.
2. Architect core self-learning modules that build discipline and habit-forming behavior through gamification, streaks, rewards, and nudges.
3. Drive AI-first product thinking — identify where AI/LLMs can personalize learning paths, adapt content, and lift engagement.
4. Set up and scale experimentation (A/B testing) infrastructure across the funnel; build measurement frameworks that hold up even with many concurrent experiments running.
5. Define and own north-star and secondary metrics (activation, retention, habit formation, D7/D30 engagement) and report outcomes to leadership.
6. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of PMs/APMs; set product strategy and coach on execution.
7. Partner closely with Business, Tech/Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to align priorities and drive execution.

What Were Looking For

1. 6–10 years in product management, with meaningful time spent building and scaling onboarding, retention, or engagement-led products.
2. Prior experience managing or mentoring other PMs is a strong plus.
3. Experience in consumer tech companies is a plus.
4. Graduate/postgraduate from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, IIM, or equivalent).
5. Significant experience solving hard, scaled problems at consumer-tech companies.
6. A consumer-first, user-first advocacy mindset — you default to the students point of view in every decision.
7. Ability to run multiple experiments in parallel and still build confident, repeatable frameworks to conclude results.
