About the Role

Get an AI-coached NEET prep app in front of the students who need it. Our aspirants are 16–19, mostly in tier 2 and tier 3 cities, already watching free lectures on YouTube. Youll explain why a coach that tells you what to study beats another content library — to them, and to the parents paying for it.

Responsibilities

• Craft messaging and positioning for students and parents — why coached learning beats browsing
• Run our social channels (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp) — plan, post, and grow
• Turn product features into content students actually watch: posts, scripts, demos, explainers
• Work with product and creative to ship launches and campaigns end-to-end
• Speak to the segments differently — Class 11, Class 12, and droppers dont share the same anxiety
• Track what works — reach, sign-ups, activation — and double down on it

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product marketing, growth, or content-led marketing
• Owned positioning and messaging for a product end-to-end, not just executed briefs
• Teaching or EdTech background — you understand how students and parents think
• Strong grasp of how social media works, especially for Indian audiences
• Clear writing in English and Hinglish — copy that sounds human, not corporate
• Self-starter who can take a rough brief and ship finished content

Required Skills

• Comfortable on camera or scripting for creators
• Basic design and editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Hands-on with AI tools for content and research
