Job Overview

We are looking for a Pharma Data Analytics professional with 5–10 years of experience in healthcare datasets and pharmaceutical commercial analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to IQVIA data assets and the ability to interpret complex healthcare data structures and business rules.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of IQVIA healthcare datasets including Rx, Sales, Claims, Longitudinal Patient, HCP, and Market data.
• Hands-on experience with Xponent, DDD, LAAD, Claims, OneKey, or equivalent healthcare datasets.
• Strong understanding of healthcare hierarchies, data structures, and business rules.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial analytics, including HCP segmentation, targeting, patient journey analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, omnichannel analytics, market share analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Prior experience in Pharma/Healthcare Analytics.
