Job Description
- Role Overview:
Join Infoblox as an Enterprise TSE (Technical Support Engineer) in Trivandrum, where you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to customers. This challenging position involves addressing customer inquiries through various channels, diagnosing and resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to customers and partners
- Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and propose solutions for customer problems
- Offer prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Document knowledge through tech notes and articles
- Utilize innovative solutions to address customer issues
- Install and configure Infoblox products and third-party software for support lab testing
- Support a 24x7x365 organization by working rotational shifts and on-call responsibilities
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum one year of experience in remote technical support or systems administration (network administration background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
- Willingness to learn DNS, DHCP, and other product-related protocols and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is a must
