Proposal Manager

We are looking for a Proposal Manager to join our Commercial Finance team located anywhere in the US, reporting to the Senior Proposal Manager. In this role, you will generate request for anything (RFx) responses and boilerplate information, provide scheduling, coordination, and response team leadership, and work to ensure that RFx deadlines are met. You will focus on helping with and facilitating the development and production of RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, as well as questionnaires and any other information requested by potential clients.

You are the ideal candidate if you are an organized self-starter and excellent communicator with a creative eye for design and document layout.

What youll do:

• Analyze RFx requirements to develop the most comprehensive and responsive submission possible
• Schedule and coordinate proposal responses
• Oversee and develop submittal layout, production, and delivery
• Update and maintain our proposal resource library
• Interact with Proposal teams and Infoblox staff to accomplish full proposal completion
• Format and edit submittal materials, as needed
• Oversee the entire proposal effort through to submittal
• Respond to client questions from Sales teams in the field
• Response to questionnaires
• Ensure all responses are submitted in a timely manner

What youll bring:

• 12+ years ofbusiness experience with 3+ years focused on proposal writing and creation professional experience working as a proposal specialist or higher, or related experience
• Proven knowledge and experience with on-time proposal generation, coordination, writing and editing, including hands-on experience in proposal and strategy development, and a passion forsubmitting a winning bid
• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Solid organizational, writing, and communication skills
• Excellent grammar and editing skills
• High level of proficiency using the MS Office suite
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat preferred
• Capable of creating simple graphics, such as organizational charts and flow diagrams more advanced graphics capabilities, such as using Adobe Illustrator, are a plus
