About the Role:

Infojini Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as US IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in international recruitment and gain exposure to hiring IT professionals across the US and LATAM regions, including Mexico and Colombia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements.
• Identify, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for IT positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to meet hiring requirements.
• Gain exposure to recruitment across the US and LATAM regions, including Mexico, Colombia, and other markets.

• Any graduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in the US shift (6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
