Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates in alignment with job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and coordination.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding the status of open positions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records in the ATS/HRMS
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, compliance records, and employee lifecycle documentation.
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for process tracking and improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operational processes.
• Proactively recommend and implement improvements in talent acquisition and HR operational practices.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational responsibilities.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MBA in HR or related field is preferred.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in job posting platforms and candidate sourcing channels.
