Job Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing including functional, system, regression, integration, and service testing.
  • Coordinate testing activities across development and DevOps teams.
  • Identify, design, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
  • Set up and manage test environments aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct API and Middleware testing (MuleSoft, ESB, IBM MQ, Kafka).
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo).
  • Develop master test plans and generate detailed test reports.
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter or similar tools.
  • Track, log, and manage defects with clear root cause analysis.
  • Ensure quality compliance aligned with QMS and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements.
  • Provide usability and serviceability feedback to development teams.
  • Support release cycles and production validation activities.

What We Expect From You:

• 9–15 years of experience in Testing / DevOps QA roles.
  • Strong experience in API & Middleware testing (MuleSoft, ESB).
  • Hands-on CI/CD integration experience.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and change management processes.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead testing efforts across teams.

Preferred / Good to Have:

• ISTQB / TMap Certification
  • Tosca Tricentis Automation experience
  • JMeter Performance Testing experience
  • Experience with IBM MQ / Apache Kafka
  • Strong SQL & database knowledge
  • Exposure to Airline / Logistics / Postal / Supply Chain domain (added advantage)
