Job Title: Senior QA Engineer (Manual & Automation Selenium / Katalon)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing using Selenium and Katalon Studio. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Katalon Studio.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple platforms.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / Bugzilla.
• Participate in
  
  test planning, estimation, and review sessions.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for scalability and reusability.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and contribute to process improvements.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and support CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation).
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Katalon Studio.
• Proficient in Test Case design, execution, and defect management.
• Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Experience with Java / Groovy / Python for scripting in automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Jenkins / Git / Maven or similar CI tools.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with API Testing (Postman / RestAssured).
• Knowledge of Performance / Load Testing tools.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent.
