Job Description
:
- Role Overview
- We are seeking a Senior Associate Consultant with strong expertise in Business Process Management
- In this role you will analyze design model and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency reduce costs and align processes with organizational goals
- You will partner with stakeholders across the business to map current state processes identify improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of streamlined future state workflows
Key Responsibilities:

- Document current state as is and design future state to be process models using standard notation e

- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and validate process designs
- Define process metrics KPIs and controls to measure performance and track improvements
- Support process standardization automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement process changes and ensure adoption
- Develop process documentation standard operating procedures SOPs and training materials
- Provide recommendations aligned with improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Support change management activities and communicate process changes to affected stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building BPM best practices within the team
- Familiarity with AI powered coding and automation tools to accelerate network engineering wireless troubleshooting security
