Scrum Master / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master Project Manager to lead execution and delivery of product
• modifications in a cross functional technology environment
• The role is accountable for project success sprint
• delivery team effectiveness stakeholder communication risks and issues resource coordination change
• management QA and delivery governance
• Roles Responsibilities
• Own overall project success and deliverables
• Remove impediments and help keep the team fully functional and productive
• Manage day to day project activities for sprint delivery
• Prioritize architectural changes versus user story development
• Facilitate senior management reviews status updates and sign off processes
• Manage project communications issues risks scope and changes
• Execute change management controls in coordination with the customer
• Coordinate project resources and availability to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to report and mitigate project issues and risks
• Develop and implement QA processes for deliverable quality and milestone achievement
• Track sprint metrics and audit deliverables
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
• 10 years of experience including 5 years in Scrum Master or Project Management roles
• Scrum Master Certification
• Strong Agile Scrum and SDLC knowledge
• Strong communication problem solving and cross functional collaboration skills
• Preferred Good to Have
• Golang Java Python SQL awareness
• Airline domain experience
