Job Description

Experience - Minimum 5 years in sales with a proven track record in working with sports leagues, teams, or related organizations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the sales of our fan engagement solutions. This role is perfect for someone with deep connections in the sports industry, especially leagues and teams, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in building relationships, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

a) Identify and connect with sports leagues, teams, and related organizations to present our fan engagement solutions.

b) Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

2. Client Engagement

a) Develop tailored pitches and presentations showcasing the value of our solutions for improving fan engagement and increasing revenue.

b) Conduct meetings, demos, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience.

3. Sales Conversion

a) Drive sales growth by converting prospects into long-term customers.

b) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for clients.

4. Relationship Management

a) Cultivate and nurture relationships with decision-makers in sports leagues and teams.

b) Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

5. Market Insights

a) Stay updated on industry trends, challenges faced by leagues/teams, and emerging opportunities in fan engagement.

b) Provide feedback to the product team to refine solutions and align with market needs.
