Financial Controller - BFS

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team.
• As the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring financial stability, and driving strategic business decisions.
• You will be a key member of the leadership team, providing valuable financial insights and guidance to support company growth.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide insightful commentary to management.
• Prepare financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Accounting & Reporting:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
