Operations Internship In Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Entry: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data across all systems by entering information, checking for errors, and correcting inconsistencies.
• Documentation & Organisation: Organising and managing documents, files, and internal knowledge bases so that teams can easily access the correct information when needed.
• Operational Task Management: Handling day-to-day operational tasks such as updating records, tracking open items, and monitoring deadlines to make sure all tasks are completed on time.
• Data Collection & Tracking: Gathering, reviewing, and verifying key data points while spotting and fixing errors in the data.
• Process Optimisation: Identifying opportunities to improve recurring tasks and workflows by suggesting simpler, more efficient ways of working and supporting the implementation of new processes.
• Cross-Functional Support: Working closely with customer support, product, and delivery teams to share information, align on updates, and ensure smooth coordination across functions.
• Technical Issue Coordination: Collaborating with engineering teams to track, prioritise, and resolve technical issues that are escalated, while ensuring updates are communicated clearly to all stakeholders.
