SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts.
• Plan and execute social media content and engagement strategies.
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns, budgets, targeting & optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, CTR & ROAS.
• Conduct basic A/B testing of audiences, creatives & ad copies.
• Track social media growth, reach & engagement.
• Coordinate with the Creative/Content team for ad creatives.
• Prepare basic social media and paid campaign reports.

Required Skills

• Experience in SMO & Paid Marketing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and audience targeting.
• Basic knowledge of campaign optimisation and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of Canva / AI tools is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication & coordination skills.
