1. Associate Director – DPP (Technical Accounting & Audit Quality)

Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru / Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Experience: 9–12+ years PQE
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (ICAI)

Key Highlights:

• Lead high-complexity technical consultations on Ind AS/IFRS and auditing standards
• Drive methodology design, ISQM 1/2 strategy, and inspection readiness
• Lead training architecture and firmwide enabling frameworks
• Represent the firm in ICAI/industry forums and contribute to thought leadership
• Manage 6–10 professionals and oversee technical operations, SLAs & dashboards

Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru / Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Experience: 6–9 years PQE
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (ICAI)

Key Highlights:

• Handle mid-to-high complexity consultations across key Ind AS standards
• Execute ISQM updates, mock inspections, and technical remediation
• Deliver case-based training and develop reporting phrasebooks/kickoff kits
• Co-author technical briefs and support bids with strong technical positioning
• Champion responsible use of analytics, AI, and knowledge-management systems

What We’re Looking For (Common Across Both Roles):

• Strong technical command over Ind AS, IFRS, Standards on Auditing, Companies Act, SEBI LODR/ICDR, Schedule III, CARO

• Proven experience in technical accounting, audit quality, or DPP/FRG
• Exceptional technical writing, crisp memo drafting & stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a high-judgment environment with strong communication skills
