Innovatiview - Vice President - IT & Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities for the Role:

- IT Security Implementation, Operations, and Governance: Evaluate the IT Infrastructure and collaborate with all Departments of the Company to do an in-depth assessment of the risks related to Data, Information Security, and Cyber Security

- Implement best-in-class Software and Hardware implementations and establish best-in-class processes for the risks related to Data, Information Security, and Cyber Security for the Production as well as the Enterprise Infrastructure

- Implement efficient and proactive monitoring mechanism for IT Infrastructure Stability and effective Cybersecurity management

- Implement strong review and Governance structure for Security Operations

- Prepare Security Risk Dashboard, and present to the MD&CEO on a monthly basis, track the Risks identified and ensure resolution for the risks
IT Infrastructure:

- Develop and Enhance the IT Infrastructure Roadmap and Solutions

- Implement a robust Disaster Recovery Implementation to ensure Business Continuity for the 24x7x365 Exchange Operations

- Manage the successful implementation of Large and Complex Projects/Programs related to IT Infrastructure

- Work with multiple partners/vendors to implement best-in-class and cost-effective IT Infrastructure Solutions

- Stay informed about the recent developments happening in the Industry around Technology Infrastructure, Audit, and Security. Responsible for complete IT Infra Life cycle Management, new Technology Acquisition and Technology Refresh as per latest standards
IT Audit and Compliance:

- Understand all the requirements related to Internal and External Audits and implement solutions and processes to ensure that the Company is well prepared to successfully pass all the Audits without any non-conformity or any critical observation.

- Develop a good understanding of the Audit requirements specific to the companies Listed in India and implement the required Solutions and Processes to prepare the Company to meet all

such requirements

- Ensure that all the Internal/External Audits are carried out as per schedule to meet all the compliance requirements

- Effective coordination with all the Departments of the company to prepare the company for the Internal/External Audits and to ensure successful and on-time completion of the Audits

- Prepare monthly report to highlight Companys preparedness for the Audits, and present the report to the MD&CEO
IT Operations and Support:

- Manage the day-to-day IT operations of the Technology infrastructure

- Continuously monitor and implement service improvement initiatives through process improvements and process automation

- Implement efficient and proactive System Performance Monitoring and Capacity planning to ensure High Availability, Scalability, and Reliability

- Implement effective Incident, Problem and Change Management process and support the service on day-to-day basis as per defined SLAs. Also, ensure Root cause Analysis and permanent fix for the incidents.

- Responsible for complete IT Budget Planning and Management

- Responsible for managing the 3rd party team members and for the Vendor Management across all areas such as SLA adherence, Procurement, Contract, Billing, Compliance, Support

- Implement effective Monthly reporting for the IT operations, IT support and IT Infra metrics and activities, and present the report to the MD&CEO
Experience required for the Role:

- B.Tech /B.E. from tier 1 college (IIT/NSIT/DCE/NIT/BITS)

- Min. 12 Years of relevant experience

- At-least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a company listed in India.

- Should have a track record of ensuring IT Audit closure without any non-conformity

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

- CCNP Certified
