Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Copilot Developer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Microsoft Power Platform and Power Apps, experience integrating APIs and Azure services, and a keen interest in AI technologies such as Azure OpenAI and LLMs.

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including both declarative and custom agents
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design tailored Copilot-based solutions
- Serve as a business solutions architect, guiding the team with a unified approach to development
- Develop and manage custom connectors to extend Copilot functionality
- Integrate Microsoft Copilot with Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other knowledge sources
- Provide support and maintenance for existing solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven 5+experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong experience integrating REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services
- Familiarity with Copilot AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI-powered development tools and LLMs
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and their practical implementation in business applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
