Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with strong hands-on experience in SaaS marketing and B2B demand generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns that generate qualified leads through multiple online channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and performance marketing expertise to drive measurable business growth and pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation for SaaS products and services
  • Run, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across:
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Other relevant digital channels
  • Generate and nurture qualified B2B leads through inbound and outbound marketing strategies
  • Build and manage campaign funnels, landing pages, lead forms, and conversion workflows
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives and target audiences
  • Track campaign performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize ROI and conversion rates
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and retargeting initiatives
  • Support content marketing efforts including:
    • Blogs
    • Case studies
    • Ad creatives
    • Thought leadership campaigns
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for digital growth
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting
Skills & Experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong exposure to SaaS products/services
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • LinkedIn Ads Manager

    • Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Performance marketing
    • Funnel optimization
    • Conversion tracking
    • Campaign analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with:
    • SEO & SEM
    • Email marketing
    • Content-driven lead generation strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
