Job Overview

Inquesso Technologies LLC is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Indore. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in US IT staffing and recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants on bench, identifying suitable job requirements, working with vendors and clients, submitting consultant profiles, and coordinating the recruitment process through successful placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote IT consultants who are available for new opportunities.
• Identify suitable requirements from vendors, clients, job portals, and recruiting networks.
• Submit qualified consultant profiles against relevant job requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and clients.
• Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
• Follow up on submitted profiles, interviews, and placement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of consultant submissions and interview status.
• Work with recruiters and account managers to understand consultant skills and availability.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruiting platforms to identify opportunities.
• Understand US staffing processes, employment types, and common visa statuses.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly submission and placement targets.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge or interest in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Ability to work in the US night shift.
• Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in US staffing are encouraged to apply.
