• Manage endtoend recruitment for the US market, from sourcing and screening to candidate submission and selection.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Identify and attract qualified talent based on hiring requirements and business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability.
• Communicate with candidates to understand their interest, availability, experience, and job preferences.
• Match qualified candidates to open positions and coordinate interview schedules and followups.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and requisition data.
• Prepare recruitment reports and support recruitment analytics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure efficient recruitment delivery.
