Head Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an energetic, strategic, & people-focused Talent Acquisition Manager. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our teams by bringing in top talent across technical and business roles.

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract high-quality talent across all functions --- with a strong focus on IT infrastructure, BFSI roles.
• Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment plans.
• Manager and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment, performance & growth.
• Drive innovative sourcing strategies to find top candidates through a mix of job boards, social media, events, referrals, and direct outreach.
• 
  Own the candidate experience ensuring every candidate, regardless of outcome, feels respected, valued, and excited about the opportunity.
• Champion employer branding initiatives that reflect our values, culture, and purpose.
• Leverage tools and data (ATS, dashboards, metrics) to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
• Build strong partnerships with external vendors and recruitment agencies where needed.

• 10-15 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or manager role.
