Sr. Technical Engineer - Chennai

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good experience in handling End user support - VIP users
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2008-2019), Windows 7/8/10, Linux and Mac OS.
• Experience with workstation management system and desktop imaging.
• Knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
• 
  Knowledge of Azure AD
• Experience on using ITSM tools such ServiceNow.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge in AV setup for meeting rooms/conference rooms using MS Teams

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
