Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune Division for an Assistant Manager at Insta Cred Money. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, and actively support team members to achieve business goals. Responsibilities also include process optimization, problem-solving, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in driving results and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

• Proficiency in process optimization, performance tracking, and operational management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building abilities
• Experience in customer service, client relations, or stakeholder management

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
