InsuranceDekho - Associate Director - Product Management

This leader will own the digital platforms that power our sales organization and partner ecosystem, enabling thousands of sales users and channel partners to sell insurance efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product leadership with an AI-first mindset and has experience building scalable internal platforms, sales applications, and workflow automation products.
The role involves leading a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, HR, Compliance, and Business Leadership.
Product Ownership :
The Associate Director will own the strategy, roadmap, execution, and adoption of the following platforms:
- POSP Onboarding Platform
- RM - Channel Mapping Platform
- ID Edge Mobile App
- ID Connect Sales App
- Support Systems & Internal Productivity Platforms
- Future AI-powered sales enablement and automation initiatives
Key Responsibilities :
Product Leadership :
- Own the end-to-end vision, roadmap, execution, and success metrics for the Sales Tech portfolio.
- Build products that improve sales productivity, partner experience, and operational efficiency.
- Drive platform thinking instead of feature-based execution.
- Define quarterly and annual product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
AI-First Product Development :
- Leverage AI throughout the product lifecycle - from discovery and PRD creation to testing and release.
- Build AI-native capabilities into sales platforms to improve productivity and user experience.
- Drive automation across sales workflows, onboarding journeys, support operations, and internal processes.
- Champion a forward engineering culture where AI is embedded into daily product development.
Product Execution :

- Lead requirement discovery with business stakeholders.
- Create high-quality PRDs, user stories, and product specifications.
- Drive Agile execution with Engineering and Design teams.
- Track delivery, product adoption, business KPIs, and customer feedback.
- Make data-driven prioritization decisions.
Stakeholder Management :
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, HR, Compliance, Customer Support, and Leadership teams.
- Translate business problems into scalable technology solutions.
- Drive alignment across multiple business functions.
People Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers.
- Establish strong product management practices and execution discipline.
- Build a high-performance, AI-enabled product organization.
Experience :
- 5 - 7 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience building internal platforms, sales technology, CRM, workflow automation, or B2B products.
- Experience managing Product Managers and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

- Strong prompt engineering skills.
- AI-assisted PRD generation and documentation.
- Workflow automation using AI.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into products.
- Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, MCPs, and modern AI application architectures.
- Ability to identify opportunities where AI can significantly improve business productivity.
