As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will assume leadership of the entire finance function within the organization. This role will encompass overseeing finance, controlling, and accounting functions, while also providing supervision for other critical departments such as supply chain, human resources, and IT. Given the companys track record of growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping its financial strategy and contributing to its continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate the financial performance of the organization in alignment with long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
2. Establish annual financial objectives that support the companys growth and expansion plans.
3. Participate in crucial decision-making processes related to strategic initiatives and operational models.
4. Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports, including profit and loss statements by division, forecast versus budget analyses, and weekly cash flow reports.
5. Review and analyze monthly financial results, offering strategic recommendations based on your insights.
6. Engage in weekly conference calls with lenders, vendors, and the Executive Leadership Team.
7. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial and management reporting data.
8. Oversee month-end closing activities, including general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.

   Foster and maintain relationships with banking partners, vendors, and business collaborators.
10. Monitor and report on the perceptions of the investor community regarding the companys performance, benchmarking against competitors. Manage external investor-related reporting and communications.
11. Act as a strategic planner and key contributor to policy decisions, particularly concerning M&A activities.

Profile:

To be a successful candidate, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
• A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience within a manufacturing setup.
