Forward Deployment Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Customer-centric development: Work directly with clients to understand their requirements, configure the AI platform, and build use-case-specific solutions.
• Technical implementation: Design and deploy workflows, data models, and configurations that ensure performance, scalability, and adaptability.
• Rapid prototyping: Utilize pre-built platform components to quickly design, test, and iterate on new solutions.
• Collaboration and feedback: Serve as a conduit between customer needs and internal product teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Problem solving: Address complex technical issues such as data pipeline design, system performance optimization, regulatory compliance, and production debugging.
• Rigorous software engineering: Maintain high code quality through reviews, best practices, and production system monitoring.
• Mentorship and knowledge sharing: Share implementation insights, reusable configurations, and engineering practices with peers to foster a learning culture.
